Jose was amazing! I contacted him after an oil change at Valvoline. They told me my latch needed replaced on my hood but they couldn't fix it after having all their guys look at it and a guy from Mavis Discount Tire coming over to look at it. He assisted with helping me look up the correct part to buy for my car, and we set up an appointment when the part arrived. He was competent and professional. He came to my apartment complex to work on the car on a Sunday when it was freezing outside! I would recommend him to anyone for anything related to cars. He took the time to show me what was going on with my car and why it was acting up.

Sunday afternoon, my car was shaking and the check engine light came on. I just moved to Lancaster and didn't yet have a mechanic, and I'm so glad I found Lozano's Auto Repair on Google! Jose was very kind and fair, explaining to me everything that was going on with my car, exactly what parts I would need, and how much it would cost. He kept me updated throughout the process and he got the work done very fast. He walked me through the parts he'd replaced when I came to pick the car up and he did it all at a very fair price. I will be going here for all my future car needs!

This guy rules. Lost the splash shield on my car while driving up from Baltimore. He came to me- great communication- while he was explaining what happened a torrential downpour started- he let me sit in the backseat while he jacked it up and fixed so I could get home safely- charged next to nothing and was real cool about everything. If I lived up here I’d use him all the time.

A couple of months ago my wife took her car for an oil change out of town. Currently she took it to a local oil change and it seems like the oil pang plug was tightened with a pneumatic wrench. Seems like many tried to remove it but looks like the head got damage and couldn’t get it of with a socket or SAE combination wrench. Waited for so long and was denied for oil change because no one could grip the oil pan plug to remove it. The head of the bolt just got worst! I searched online and found Jose. I loved his logo, “We keep you moving”. The great thing about his service is he is a mobile mechanic, would even meet you at you place to repair. Jose looked at it and immediately knew what he needed. To remove the tight bolt with the broken head that was so tight, he applied heat to the bolt with a propane torch, used a bolt extractor tool to grip onto the remaining bolt head and carefully turn it out. That method expanded the metal slightly, making it easier to loosen the bolt, and the extractor provided grip even with the damaged head. His professionalism and attention to detail impressed me. In like 15 to twenty minutes he removed the broken head bolt, replaced it with the vehicles original, changed the oil and filter. I highly recommend Jose Lozanos Auto Repair. 👍🏽Thanks Jose!

Jose is amazing!!!! I broke down while traveling through Lancaster. I called and he asked for a video so he could hear the engine running. It had a loud noise. He called right back said it was a water pump. He stopped bought all parts and came to me and made repairs right on the spot!!!!! Need a good mechanic? Jose is your man!!!!

Our car broke down on a long drive home on a Sunday. We were able to avoid a tow because Jose came to us (really!). He diagnosed the issue quickly. We had to wait a day to get the right part, because our vehicle is old and the auto parts stores didn’t have it in stock. The next day he picked up the parts, fixed the engine in the parking lot of the hotel we were staying at, and we were back on the road and made it home that night. The car ran great after Jose fixed it. It was a pleasure working with Jose, who was super nice and an excellent mechanic.

I can vouch for everybody that he is an amazing mechanic. He gets the job done in a timely manner and communication is on point with him. Also, him being mobile makes him stand out from everybody.
